  • Booth Specifications
    All booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. Side wings may not obstruct the view of the adjacent booth. Items may be placed along the sides of the space or on tables if they do not obstruct the view of the adjacent booth.

    Booth fee includes:

    • Two (2) exhibitor badges

    • Listing in the official expo guide

    • Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs and EZ ups for this event. This event is OUTDOORS under summer conditions. Please plan accordingly. Tables, chairs and EZ ups are available for rent on a first come first serve basis with the Parker Foundation.

  • All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Full payment received, less a $150 service charge will be refunded for cancellations received prior to April 30, 2024. There will be no refunds after May 1, 2024, and exhibit space shall be deemed fully earned and non-refundable.

  • Order taking is permitted throughout the open show hours. Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining any licenses or paying any applicable taxes on merchandise sold during the show.

  • Any Equipment on display or demonstrated during the Exhibit hours, including but not limited to firearms, diversionary devices, aerosol-based weapons, and ammunition, must comply with the rules and regulations of the Parker Foundation and the Los Angeles Police Department. Please read the policies carefully, sign acknowledging you have read these policies, and return them with your registration. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to ensure all visitors and exhibitor employees can properly handle and operate products. The use of live fire projectiles, gas, or other training devices are limited to the ranges and All polices, and procedures must be adhered to as outlined in the Parker Foundation and LAPD policies.
